100 Years of Exceptional Service
It was in January, 1909, that Steve Schreiner first opened his business, the Schreiner Title Company, in Sunnyside, Washington. For the first month he ran the business alone, in early February, 1909, he hired his first assistant. In the next two decades, the Schreiner Title Company business continued to grow. In February, 1935, the firm moved to Yakima.
While changes in the title industry have come slowly through the years, the technology used to create the final product is always changing. Schreiner Title Company has made the transition from a one man office dealing with hand written abstract to a modern day title company implementing the latest in technology. As the industry changes we will continue to change with it in hopes of better meeting your needs as a customer.
