Steve Schreiner built a small abstract office in a remote corner of Yakima County, Washington, in 1909.  The company was a family affair and as Steve's family grew so did his business.  During the Depression, Steve moved the Schreiner Title Co. to Yakima and increased the business to become an established and trusted part of the real estate community.  The company is still family-owned and prides itself on providing the same friendly and efficient service that Steve insisted upon from the beginning.
